Place the Right hand on the top of the head.
Place the Left hand between the eyebrows
Move the Left hand to the tip of the nose
The Left hand moves to the V of the neck
The Left hand moves to the sternum
The Left hand moves to the base of the sternum
The Left hand moves to about 1 inch above the navel
The Left hand moves to the pubic bone
The Right hand move to the coccyx
